We know that when it comes to your health, knowledge, compassion and ongoing support matters. You'll find that our team has a wealth of experience. Our program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association and our team members are certified in diabetes education or are working towards becoming a CDE _ Certified Diabetes Educator.
We offer individual counseling sessions, small classes and support groups on a wide variety of diabetes topics, some medical-based, others practical lifestyle lessons.
