Welcome to the HUT Toolkit

eHC is ready to guide you through your new site build! From content gathering and strategy, to the site launch, we have a thoughtful plan laid out for you to make your website launch a success.

Below is a list of tools that will help make the transition from old to new smooth. The bulk of work will be related to organizing content and preparing for migration. Typically, this process takes at least four (4) weeks. Now let's get started!

  1. The Basecamp Template
First you'll start using the basecamp template for your project. This is a template that lists all the tasks for migrating your site to the HUT. Included are the tasks, roles and responsibilities and links to documentation.
  2. Fill out the Content Report
A report inclusive of all the content currently on your site. This report will prepare you to gracefully migrate content to the new site.
  3. Determine Entity Branding
A content structure that will feed your brand's colors, logo, fonts, and other structural elements into the palette of your new site.
  4. View the Sample Site
The site you are viewing is the sample site. Apps, AppStacks, and other tools used on this site are available for use on HUT sites. We are continually improving on this site, so be looking for new functionality.
  5. Submit the Home Page Selection Guide
A guide for determining what information will go on the home page of your site.
  6. It's time to Set Up a Host
A new process with new requirements for copying a project's host.
  7. Use our Migration Resources
Instructions and code snippets to help migrate content onto the new HUT template. This process is imperative to our goal of creating one unified process for pushing updates and enhancements to the enterprise. This step is also a vital step in transitioning our websites to the Patient Portal.
